Only when they complete one batch, they\u2019ll be able to review the items from the next batch.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this setting, you can manage the workload of your moderators, ensuring that content is reviewed in the best possible order too.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Content Privacy&nbsp;<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have two options for ensuring you meet GDPR and content privacy regulations \u2014 blurring faces of people and of car plates.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This setting is especially relevant if you\u2019re working in a heavily regulated field.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retention Policy<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can choose how long an item stays in the system before it gets deleted.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is necessary for the learning purposes of the AI algorithm, which improves over time based on moderators\u2019 feedback on its previous work.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add Moderators<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can assign different moderators to different projects. Once you assign a moderator to a project, they\u2019re allowed to flag items for all categories of inappropriate content in this project.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s how you make sure the right person is working on specific projects. It also helps you stay on top of managing moderators&#8217; workloads.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Categories Management<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can set the different categories of inappropriate content that you\u2019d like to moderate. You can create new categories and name them according to your platform\u2019s needs. There is also an option to <\/span><b>translate content<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if it\u2019s not in English, which is great for multi-language moderation.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the right hand side, the moderator can see the <\/span><b>categories for moderation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and click on the ones that the item belongs to, i.e. \u2018Irrelevant\u2019 or \u2018Inappropriate\u2019 \u2014 or alternatively, approve the item if it doesn\u2019t breach your platform\u2019s guidelines.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moderators can <\/span><b>use hotkeys<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to make the moderation process as quick as possible.
