byakuya draw
Byakuya has a huge scarf, and luckily it was easy to make.
I cut the 2 yards of fabric into three long strips. We sewed them end-to-end and hemmed the whole thing, being sure to tuck under the rough edges of the fabric.
Done.
For wearing it, I pinned it in place from under my haori so only the ends would get wind blown, and the scarf would neither strangle me, nor get blown away from me. The pinning was a smart move. I had plenty of other bits of my costume to mess with, so having the scarf taking care of itself was a relief.
